BRAVEN 625s Bluetooth Speaker Review
"I might be an Apple junkie, but I’ve never been fond of wireless speakers. But that was before I was given the chance to try out the Braven 625s Bluetooth 3.0 speaker. Now I can’t imagine listening to my music any other way. Between the ease of setting it up on my devices and the clarity of the sound coming from it, I am sold. "

Braven 625s: a BT Speaker for Braving the Outdoors
The speaker itself packs quite a punch, sound-wise, for such a small device. I tested the speaker during a camping trip, and was able to hear the music quite clearly, even from almost 50 feet away.

Gear junkie: Small, rugged speakers great for outdoor audio
"My favorite of the two, the Braven 625s, is a brick-shaped speaker with audio so good I can use it at home during loud holiday parties.
Its case is shock-absorbing, including a rubberized exterior. I give it to my kids as they jump and dance to music with little worries of damage."

A Pocket-Size speaker with Some Punch
In a blind test, we compared the three Bravens to a $200 foxL Bluetooth using an audience of seven ranging in age from 15 to over 50. The foxL edged out the Braven 600 and 650. Yet there was unanimous agreement the midpriced 625 topped all three. Although the foxL had a bit more bass, the Braven 625 had better balanced tone, and there was more detail in the music; it was easier to pick out individual instruments.
