I've been taking lessons from Barry Cole for almost two years. The best thing about Barry is his ability to not only teach, but have a relationship, outside of music, with his students. I know that he does this becasue he thinks that after connecting with students on a higher level, he can teach them things that they will enjoy. Along with taking lessons from Barry, I play in the crossraods band that he leads. This not only brings us as friends closer, but makes it easier for him to see what I like. He's such a personable guy, that it was hard not to enjoy taking lessons from him. Each lesson I have with him i enjoy so much, I'm so glad to have met him!

Barry is a great guitar teacher. He is the best Guitar teacher I have ever had. Barry is very creative, I like the music he picks out for me to learn. He makes learning guitar a fun experience.

I have been taking lessons from Barry for about 11 months, His knowledge of theory and musical performance is far beyond his years. His straightforward & subtle approach to a song is a good influance on other people and their playing. His positive personality and musical ability is a resource worth looking into.
