PRE-ORDER POLICY

Preorders are reservations for costumers that want their BRAVEN to ship first. At the moment you place your preorder, your card will go through a pre-authorization process, which reflects as a “pending” charge for the full amount of the purchase on your online credit card statement. Cards may be charged up to 14 days prior to shipment. If you place a pre-order less than 14 days prior to shipment your card will be charged at the time of sale.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your preorder at any time before shipment. After we process your cancelation, the “pending” charge on your credit card will be canceled. If you choose to cancel your preorder, please email returns@braven.com and be sure to include your order number. If your BRAVEN has shipped, please refer to the Return Policy.
